Brody's is a modern take on a traditional Italian restaurant with the best homemade food in town! Accompanied by a warm atmosphere and tunes you'll love!
A small restaurant with a very relaxed atmosphere. We had booked our dinner table, as we knew the restaurant was popular and could be busy. The service was very friendly and efficient; after our drinks orders were taken, we were given time to look at the menu and make our choices. I wanted a light dish, so had a beautiful and flavoursome asparagus, courgette and rocket salad. My husband had prawn and asparagus linguine from the specials menu, which he said was very good. He had a lemon tart with lemon sorbet to follow. As we had been joking with the waitress about him ordering a dessert and then my wanting to have some, she brought two spoons, which I thought was lovely!. I had a pot of Earl Grey. Its a lovely, light filled restaurant in an historical building. Diners are not hurried, but neither are they ignored. HI Denise,I would just like to thank you for your great review. We really do appreciate it! As a small family run business we love to hear from our lovely customers and it's great to know people like our little restaurant the way it is! Both the chef and I are delighted that you enjoyed the food too!We hope to welcome you back soon!Kind Regards,Sabine and The Brody's Team

Had our first visit 2 weeks ago. Glad we did, it's a really nice place to eat. The staff couldn't be any more helpful. We didn't have a booking, but they were only too pleased to accommodate us. 3 adults and 3 kids. The food was really good, and not too long in the making. They have alcohol if the mood takes you. Not the cheapest place you'll find, but in this instance, you get what you pay for. I can see us travelling from Leeds again to eat here. It really is good. And if you don't (or can't finish), you can take it away with you in a container.

A small collection of restaurants, serving freshly prepared food - with one simple aim; to serve great food delivered by friendly staff in a relaxed, homely environment. Whether you choose from the grill section, stone-baked pizza or our freshly prepared
Very disappointing experience. We were shown to our table quickly on arrival. Bottle of wine and garlic bread arrived and thatâs where the service ended.Forty five minutes later when the manager saw my partner looking at his watch she came over and said our order was coming out next. The table of 4 next door arrived after us and were served before us and they had a prob with their starters and late arrival of fries. That should have been a warning sign. Over an hour after placing our order, the food arrived. The manager claimed the chef had burned the calzone and she couldnât serve it. She did apologise and said the meal was complimentary for our inconvenience. Which was the least she could do as my philly steak sandwich was cold and the calzone lacking in filling and flavour. It was now after 9pm and with little chance of eating anywhere else we ate. We turned down the offer of dessert and coffee. As we left we spoke to the manager who apologised again saying she was sorry that one of their regular customers had experienced a bad meal. We had never been in that restaurant before and would certainly not return!

Pizza Express is a great restaurant, perfect for the whole family. With many gluten free options and also vegan friendly pizzas everyone will find something they will love! Our menu is constantly adapting to fit our seasonal specials like the Sticky Toffe
My daughter and had an enjoyable evening here on Saturday night celebrating exam results and university entry. The pizza and pasta we ordered were excellent. The only down side is that no vouchers or taste card discount on Saturdays so make sure you time your visit accordingly.I'm sorry i didn't get our waiters name but he was excellent all evening.
