I can see why this is a top ranked restaurant in Rolla. Dropped my son off at college today and ate lunch here. Great pizza and atmosphere. Service was awesome. Pizza was very cheesy. Totally covered toppings but toppings were plentiful and flavorful. Highly recommend.

I hesitate to even write a review as this is an establishment I visit on occasion and will continue to in the future. The thought or joke if you complain and the kitchen may retaliate may have came into fruition and that is why Im writing this. We visited this past Friday evening to have dinner before a theater performance down the street, arriving 1 1/2 hours before curtain. I ordered the prime rib. When our dinner arrived, I tried 3 different areas and all areas were tough and tasted as if it was roasted days before and warmed up. It would of been fine shaved and served on a sandwich but not a $30 entree. I cut a piece for my husband to try just in case it was just me and he agreed it wasnât good. The server asked how our meal was and I hesitated telling her but I did. At first I declined in ordering anything else as we were running out of time. She kept insisting and assured they could fire a new dish pronto. I then ordered a plain salmon, just salt and pepper, thinking that would be fast and simple. The time I ordered this and wolfed down the salmon, laying my credit card as soon as the dish was delivered and getting up to leave was 15 minutes. I told the server the salmon was good when she asked as I was planning to eat all of it and was not going to complain. Luckily, I can tolerate a high amount of pepper as the salmon had so much pepper on it, it had to be intentional. Had I enjoyed the dinner I originally ordered, I would of overlooked some things but now Im hypercritical of my experience that I will mention that it irks me when a server caters to my male companion and not the woman. It may be 2018 but that is still dining service protocol. And, I paid for dinner. The salad which was dressed was watery and the iceberg lettuce on its last breath. I donât know if they were having an off night or what. A table nearby waited longer than we did to be serviced and I overheard the patron asking for silverware twice. I have dined once or twice when they were in the Dixon area, once where they catered an event in St. Robert, this was my 4th dining experience in the Benton Square location. Our experience has always been pleasant with Di Trapaniâs even if our meal was average fare. Iâll come back but will be more selective on what I order and may just have a cocktail and appetizer.

Ate here in 1970s and determined to make a visit there this trip. They serve a thin crust pizza. Crust is light and crispy, sauce is excellent. Lots of excellent cheese. If you're looking for exotic toppings this is not the place for you. They serve salad and A very delectable basic pizza a must indulge. Yum!!!

This place was recommended by the front desk attendant when we checked in. They delivered quick, yummy pizza right to our room. Reasonable price and good pizza.
