This place is so very good with kids! They had books and coloring supplies and things to keep kids of various ages occupied. I was impressed with how laid back and welcoming they were. They also handled special dietary needs well. They've got gluten free and dairy free options. Main gripe: why is the food unsalted?? Adding salt at the table, after cooking, is NOT the same as adding it during cooking. You cannot get the same tasty results. Everything we ate was a bit flat tasting, because it just needed a little salt. If having low salt food is so important to them, why not a few options without salt, for those with that dietary need (just like they do for other dietary needs, like gluten free or dairy free)?? Their menu even says they don't add salt, so clearly the under salted food is intentional. So odd. Overall it was definitely a positive experience, especially their being truly family friendly. That can be hard to come by in a restaurant.

While visiting friends in Eagle, we visited Luigi's one evening and I had a great meal. This is one of their favorite Eagle eateries and it did not disappoint. I started with the calamari and finished with a very good thin crust Hawaiian pizza, all of which was washed down with some very good locally brewed ice cold beer. Service was cordial but a bit slow; it appeared they may have been short handed that particular evening. But good company, good conversation and good food made up for the slow service.

We love pizza, so we usually enjoy pizza, especially after a day of skiing. So we ordered half four cheese and half jalapeño and pineapple.. cheesey bread and some cinnamon sticks! The four cheese was WAY too much cheese, which made it thicker than the actually crust, on my half I had the same problem too much cheese, as if that's a problem with pizza, HOWEVER the cheesey bread was bomb and the cinnamon sticks WHOLLY MOLLY they were so delicious I wish I ordered two! It comes with frosting and it's so warm and gooooey inside, oh man I wish I could have some more right now!

We have lived in close proximity to Pazzo's in Eagle and have gone there repeatedly. Last was finally the night that sealed that we will no longer get any food from Pazzo's. In the past, we have had dishonest cashiers add unauthorized tips to our take-out order and upon calling were mocked by the "manager" on duty for arguing about the small amount of money that was stolen.I really enjoy a good eggplant parmesan sandwich and that is my usual order when we bought from Pazzo's. There have been times I have ordered eggplant and have gotten chicken parmesan instead. Not what I ordered at all. I am not a vegetarian but if you are, check your sandwich carefully. Finally last night, my husband ordered the hot Italian sub. On the menu, it is described as having green bell peppers, onion, tomato, and Italian dressing. His sandwich had meat and cheese. It was really a disappointing sandwich. That sums up Pazzo's. A disappointment. We have given them our business time and again hoping to support a local business only to be let down. No more. We have learned our lesson.
