We attended a hosted dinner party at Tawerna during a visit to the lakes region of the Warmia-Masuria Province. The Polish food was delicious and the service was wonderful. I would enjoy visiting this place again.
Came here almost by chance as weather took a sudden turn for the worse. Much better than expected, as it could have been a tourist trap located by the ferry/boat trip jetty. Some original dishes, and very fair prices. Efficient, helpful service. Only gripe was that the mussels (heavily promoted with leaflets on every table) were not available!
