Enniskillen (/ˌɛnɪsˈkɪlən/, from Irish Inis Ceithleann, meaning 'Ceithlenn's island' [ˈɪnʲɪʃ ˈcɛlʲən̪ˠ]) is a town and civil parish in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. It is located almost exactly in the centre of the county, between the Upper and Lower sections of Lough Erne. It had a population of 13,823 in the 2011 census. It was the seat of local government for the former Fermanagh District Council, and is the county town of Fermanagh as well as its largest town.

We had a lovely meal in Franco's on Sunday evening . The garlic mushrooms were very moorish and delicious! I had chilli chicken, again this was lovely very tasty and well presented The other three diners had the lamb which they all enjoyed. We of course had to try dessert, the tirnassu you just perfect and everyone enjoyed their choice of dessert. We finished of our night with a cocktail which was a perfect ending to the night . We had a lovely meal, great atmosphere and a perfect night to remember .

Anytime Iâm travelling and I walk into a restaurant where there are a lot of locals, I know Iâm in a good spot. Iâm giving this restaurant full marks. The pizza was delicious and the service was superb. I understand that this is part of a family owned chain of restaurants that try and emulate fantastic Italian pizza including baking in a brick oven. Well done!!
