We stopped by for lunch on a cold day. We tried the pork tonkatsu with Japanese curry and a tonkatsu sandwich. The curry was good but the tonkatsu was pretty average and not too juicy. They also had omurice as well as pasta and other combinations which were popular. They do have an English menu. The crowd was all Japanese except us.

I came to this place (actually in November 2013) to reward myself a nice dinner after finishing a full marathon, and needed to eat before heading back home. It is close to JR Matsumoto station, with many competing restaurants in the area, but this place is always packed and it had a queue after I got out (i came in before 6pm before the dinner rush).Staff were experienced and moved efficiently around the packed place. Good aroma came out from the kitchen as they grilled steaks and burgers. The serving portion including rice is larger than average, so I had a good-tasting, hearty meal for a reasonable price.

The staff is friendly and helpfull. No english menu but the staff speak immaculate american english. The food were great and reasonable price.
