Some family members came to visit me in Costa Rica and we decided to go to the Oxigeno mall and decided to try the Taj Mahal. IT as great food with a very relaxing atmosphere. My compliments to owners and staff. My Mother had never really eaten Indian food and she was very pleased with the whole experience. There are several Indian restaurants in our area. I've been to them all. A few were less than authentic and the food was meh. A few were priced outrageously. Taste of India covers everything.... excellent food, great service and fair prices. Their location is beautiful, whether you sit inside or out on the covered terrace. It's welcoming. The food is so good and I know they import all their own spices. Their chefs are Indian chefs. I have never had anything there that I was not happy to eat and share.

I am a fan of Indian food, but I hadnât had such great, flavorful food until today. I had the Pakoras appetizer and the Camaron Lunch with Garlic Naan and Blackberry Pulp Juice. Everything about my meal was filling and flavorful, I savored every bite.
