Due to a change in personal circumstances, we have for the time being opted for a takeaway if we want an 'indian'. The food as usual is up to their high standard, and the quantity you get could easily be spread over two meals unless you were a horse. It represents excellent value for the what is offered. Although I can eat the full monty, my wife opts for the starters as this is about as much as she can eat. Even so, the content is of a good size and more than adequate for the 'smaller apetite', you still won't leave the table feeling hungry. So far they have not taken up my suggestion.Downside, Best to order your takeaway meal well in advance as waiting times for the spur of the moment visits can be quite long, particularly if you go in early. (you have to wait for the ovens to come up to temperature) They use plastic containers which are semi opaque which makes identifying the dish quite hard. Like all indian food, many of the dishes are similar visually and there have been many times where we have engaged in 'food shuffling' before the dish that was ordered by each individual could be identified. I have suggested that the number of each dish that a person has chosen from the menu be put on the lid of the container. It would make identification so much easier.

Really like this restaurant the atmosphere is always good as the restaurant is always busy which speaks volumes in itself. The food was excellent as always, I had chicken tikka vindaloo this time which was lovely nice and hot and full of flavour. They really do know how to make nice Indian food here. This takeaway Indian food establishment is better than Any of the Indian restaurants within a 6 mile radius. Food is always freshly cooked in front of you.The quality has never altered in all the years I've been going there. Consistentlyfirst class year after year. Pity some of the other restaurants in the area can't take a leaf out of their book.

Poor service, bad food, rude owner, avoid this at all costs!!!! Our food was nearly two hours late prioritising takeaways (14 in total). Manager was rude including insults towards a friend of mines proffesion! Iâm embarrassed as to what this place has become, as a local born and bred this infuriates me!!! I will never go again!!
