We spent a Valentine's evening at Aroma which is in an unexpected location and whose decor is simple and clean. Here's where it all changes, the set menu was absolutely out of this world from melt in your mouth entrees to the substantial mains with sorbet in between. Dear Norman,Thank you for a lovely review! The Aroma Family prides ourselves on being true to North Indian cuisine whilst creating our own spin on things, like our decor and creating unique, mouthwatering set menus for special occasions. We thoroughly enjoy doing it and it makes it all worthwhile when we have patrons, like yourself who appreciate the love we put in. If you enjoyed what we did for Valentine's Day then keep your eyes wide open for what we have planned for our upcoming 3rd birthday at the beginning of August! We look forward to seeing you at Aroma!!!Kind regards,Shalene

They never disappoint. Butter chicken tasty and the sauce creamy. Garlic Naan rich and garlicky. Also try the Breyani. Too much to finish in one sitting.

You know you've found a gem when a restaurant is well supported by local community. This restaurant appeals to everyone and especially to the Indian community in Sandton. The restaurant has a good menu and has moved to larger premises to be able to cater for more clientele. The restaurant is busy every night I've visited and the food is absolutely delicious every time. Management and staff are friendly, although some don't speak English very well. We have had the odd occasion where service has been a little slow but we weren't in a hurry so it wasn't a problem. Try the samoosa chat as a starter, it's divine!
