The food was lovely, atmosphere good........a lovely night out. Til I spoke to the plumber who fitted out their vans. Dhaba person said that they did not know why they had to have sink in vans, they donât use them.....only put in to pass food regulations....um,.......what about when making my food? Obviously hygiene is not a priority.Hi CarolineThanks for your review but the sinks in the van is not just to pass the food regulations. We use them on regular basis. We do not know what the plumber has said to you about our vans but we will definitely ask for a clarification. Can you please clarify that if the plumber is from Macedon plumbing kyneton because that is the one who provides us the service and also we do not cook food in the van, we cook food in restaurant kitchen and then carry in van . We have proper storage system in van. I am sorry if you are still are not satisfied with our food handling and hygiene procedures, you are welcome to come and have a look inside our vanKind regards

We had the meal delivered which was great service. Came to our house very quickly. The meal was tasty, hot and delicious. Unfortunately there just wasn't enough - our lamb meal had about 10 small chunks of meat in a whole container of sauce. Prawn meal was the same. Lucky we didn't buy 1 main to share as we would normally. We will have to try eat in; as they wouldn't serve this at the table.
