Visited here for dinner based in reviews i had seen. The food and service was very authentic Indian food which was full of flavour. I had the Hyderabadi curry with Garlic nan and it was very nicely seasoned. Service was good also. Would have given it 5 stars if i could have had a cobra beer but they do not have a drinks license. Recommended if you fancy Indian food.Hello David,Thank You for the wonderful review. We are glad you liked the food. We got the beer and wine license few months back. Please stop by to have your favorite beer and wine. We do not have Cobra as the vendor does not supply it here. But we have a good selection of beers and wines. Thanks,Bay Leaf Team

I've eaten at a dozen Indian places in the past couple years in the Twin Cities and so far I've been mostly disappointed. We hadn't been here in nearly 10 years and recently we ate here and were thrilled to finally eat some decent Indian food. We stuck to the basics of chicken tikka and garlic naan. But the samosas were fresh and the chutneys were fantastic. The service was fine and decor is Indian kitsch. I recommend this place.

The lunch buffet was filled with hot (temperature-wise), interesting choices. Plenty of variety even for a vegetarian.
This has got to be a local secret. Looks like an unassuming spice shop but folks in the know also come here for the food in the little restaurant inside. Theyâve got about 6 large TV screens advertising their menu offering. The owner is very knowledgeable and is more than happy to help with recommendations if you ask. The wait staff were courteous and helpful. They offer everything from some exotic ice cream, vegetarian breakfast served all day to some amazingly savory curry dishes from southern India. We ordered the chicken dum briyani, vegetarian samosas and chettinand chicken curry. The briyani was decent, the samosas tasted very freshly made but the star was the chettinand chicken curry. The flavor profile was so amazing we couldnât get enough of it. Pretty much licked the plate clean as it was that tasty. Canât wait to come back to try the other dishes.
