Each plate was a small work of art, and the portions were large. I was very glad that we only ordered the 5-course menu, rather than 8. As wonderful as each bite was, eight courses would have been much too much for us, and it would have been a shame to leave any of them uneaten. The prices, both food and wine, are very reasonable, for food and service of this quality. Service was impeccable and efficient. My only complaint is that the temperature in the room was uncomfortably warm. I know this was because we Americans love our air conditioning. The other diners all seemed comfortable, so I won't hold the restaurant accountable for that. I'm sure the temperature was fine, in accordance with local standards. Our waiter was working diligently, and seemed cool and dry the entire time. So, in spite of my own personal preference for a cooler room, I give them an excellent rating.

This is a pretty new restaurant in L'isle. It was very hot the day we were there so we sat in the dining room, air conditioned for comfort. The food is beautifully prepared with the flavours of Provence used to great effect. Food bursting with flavour such as Cavaillon melon for starter and chicken with a lovely risotto and nougat glace to finish. Great. Service was excellent, all in all first class.

This restaurant may deter some as it is in an industrial area, but don't be put off as the welcome and food is really good. There is a menu formule as well as a la carte with a wide selection of wine, beer and spirits. The owner Juliette is normally there and much of the food on offer is home cooked. Go and will not be disappointed.
