Reviews on Healthy food in Celje, Styria Region, Slovenia. Celje (pronounced [ˈtsɛːljɛ] ( listen)) is the third-largest town in Slovenia. It is a regional center of the traditional Slovenian region of Styria and the administrative seat of the City Municipality of Celje (Slovene: Mestna občina Celje). The town of Celje is located below Upper Celje Castle (407 m or 1,335 ft) at the confluence of the Savinja, Hudinja, Ložnica, and Voglajna rivers in the lower Savinja Valley, and at the crossing of the roads connecting Ljubljana, Maribor, Velenje, and the Central Sava Valley. It lies 238 m (781 ft) above mean sea level (MSL).

Even if rated "average", it doesn't mean average on all fields. Design and ambient is great, also food is great. Only minus was service (nice, but without knowledge about food, wine, payment options...), also pushing us to finish soon, as "they have to work next day". P.S.: we also had to work next day, but we didn't see each other (group of 16 people) for almost a whole year...Still, if in Celje, I recommend to visit and have a (short) lunch.
One of the best icecreams I ate in Slovenië. Good taste and structure. Choosing was hard for because I could understand all the tastes (they where in Slovenian), but the lady let me taste some. There are a lot of icecream to by in Celje, but I would reccomend this one!

Visited many times this place. Good pizzas and pasta with nice selection of different gluten-free or healthy dishes. Never dissapointed. Should be rated much higher. Thanks
