Esquina 22 offers a comfortable "gastropub" atmosphere with good quality, affordable menu which make it a great value. We are located in the heart of the original "old town" Bucerias where parking is easy and walking by is extremely safe and picturesque.

Plenty of space in the air conditioned interior and also upstairs on the open deck.Excellent cuisine featuring daily reasonable specials and great drink specials as well. Live music, great service, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a family gathering or party. Perfect for a romantic dinner for two as well.

We tried Karenâs on our first night in town. The prices are outrageous considering what else you can get in town for way less. Food was fine, nothing amazing, same with service. The kicker for me was the tip added to the bill without being told. We visited only once.

We were so excited to find Manao Cebicheria again. We have eaten with them on our last 3 trips to Nuevo Vallarta. Xihomara and Hassan are the most delightful couple we've met in Mexico. This year they moved their Ceviche eatery to a wonderful open air spot in Bucerias-two blocks north of the old town plaza. They now also run a cafe in the AM/early afternoon before switching gears to make the most mouth watering/fresh/unique ceviche you will ever taste. They only source the freshest fish from local fisherman in the AM-which then dictates what is offered that night on the menu. When one arrives-you will find you own personalized bottle on your table. You can bring your own wine- no corkage fee charged!!!. The menu is constantly updated/changed- but some staples remain. You choose your base fish then choose from a variety of mixes/sources. Everything is then prepared for you.Our favorites include the Tuna Poke(see picture) and the Chipotle Sole. Anyone who likes(or preferably loves) Ceviche(which I now learnt can be spelt 6 different ways) MUST visit this very unique eatery. Can't wait to return next year.
