Ribbetjes heel lekker.

This place is right next to the giant old cathedral church. The juxtaposition between the modern eatery and NOE-Gothic church is what stood out most. Seems like mostly locals are in here. The atmosphere is friendly, and alive. Classic American music is piped through the speakers. Very young professional vibe. Wait staff is smartly dressed and eager to help us English speakers.Important to note: This is not going to be a “cheap eats” spot. You’re gonna drop some coin (euros), but if you wanna splurge - this is the place. Love that that kitchen can be viewed - that’s always a sign that ownership is confident in their cleanliness. If you’re VERY LUCKY Anita will be there and she will be your link between the table and the kitchen; she is amazing. She was so patient with us, gave us great recommendations, and I never saw her stop moving! I hope to one day visit Lintz again, and when that time comes I will definitely go back to Paul’s Bar - (hopefully Anita is still there )
