We went to La Bacana for lunch and got placed on the wonderful terrace. We ordered a cheese plate and some meat and it was all super delicious.Of course the food itself is the most important, but I also have to point out the extraordinary service we received. The waiter was super attentive and we had a long talk about the local wines of Extremadura which he knew a lot about. He even gave us a wine magazine so we could read more about the regions different wines. We will definitely come back next time we visit Badajoz :)

I chose this place by other tripadvidors recommendations. The meal was pretty good. The steak was soft and juice (solomillo/ tenderloin) and they really know how to prepared it. The staff was really kind. My only complain is about the website that is not updated, so the prices are higher when you actually see the menu. When I told that to the staff they just said the website is not updated for 3 years and the prices became higher 'only' like 2 euros. Average cost per person like 15-20 euros for dinner. For lunch there are ''executive menu'' during working days. Well, I recommend.
