Passing through Vilshofen and looking for somewhere to have dinner, we were attracted to this place by its cozy atmosphere and interesting menu. We arrived early, about 18:00, when only two other tables were occupied. The hostess gave us a friendly greeting, showed us to a table, and offered English-language menus without being asked. She took our drink orders, and when she returned with the drinks she took our orders for dinner. So far, so good. Then the waiting began. As more people arrived their orders were taken, and the people who were there when we arrived began being served their food. We finished our drinks and asked for another, and continued to wait. Then people who arrived after us began being served their food. Finally, after waiting nearly an hour to be served we paid for our drinks and left. There was no explanation or apology of any kind for why we were never served. Definitely not recommended, unless perhaps youâre already a regular.

Found this little restaurant in the back streets in Vilshofen and what a lovely find it was. Very nice menu and the food was just excellent, try the Dorade wow wonderful, Musaka was also very tasty as were their great selection of appetisers.
