We came for lunch. Ordered sausage Marcos Gouveia and a classic White sausage. Both good in preparation as Well as flavour/taste. Good environmentaland adequate service. Bad and disappointed was the dessert: the famous german apple pie - strudel - was a disaster. Awfull in taste with absolutely no crispy. Maybe they forgot to bake the pie???Olá Edu, Agradecemos seus elogios, mas não entendemos o que aconteceu com o Strudel, pois normalmente vai sempre a mesa muito crocante e é sempre muito elogiado por todos. O que aconselhamos a todos que quando tiver um problema no restaurante, chamar imediatamente um responsável para que o problema seja resolvido na hora. After a day of Biking, stopped on the Caras de Malte for a little brew and a meal with my kids. Nice setting with a fireplace in the middle of the floor and at one one we have all the taps with the produced beers. While choosing through the beer menu, had the chance to speak with Mauricio - the production technician - and he provide the info on all the brew. Got to starters a Supernova IPA and was not disapointed. Very good IPA 40 IBU and very refreshing as an IPA should be. Next choice the Nebulosa - very fruity witbier that I've added a little lemon to increase the taste. The choice of food is German Based and of course the Choucroute was the choice to accompany the beer.. My kids opted for the fresh pressed juices and attacked the meal as soon as it hit the table. I can say the experience was great, a little park where the kids played a bit after the diner and a very good service by the folks at Caras de Malte.Agradecemos a avaliação, estamos imensamente felizes pelas palavras! Had a short stop in the town and decided to eat at Baden Baden. The food is good, nothing special. I had grilled trout, which was good but not something to remember. The prices are a bit high for Brasil, I would say. Paid around 75r plus 10% service charge. Nobody speaks english there, so if you donât speak their language, have your Google Translate ready.
