Reviews on Fusion food in Ronda, Province of Malaga, Spain. Ronda’s most striking feature is the Puente Nuevo, which spans a gorge over 300 feet deep. Can you guess when the "new bridge" was built? 1793. That should give visitors an idea of how unchanged Ronda has been over the years. It’s also known as the birthplace of modern bullfighting. The town’s bullfighting ring is only used once a year, at the Feria Goyesca, but it’s also a museum where you can learn about the history of this traditional (yet controversial) sport.

Small tapas restaurant with a nice atmosphere. And modern tapas fusion andalusian, basque, with a nice prices. English speaking and different tapas all days. Full Sunday closed .Not bar service.
Well worth a visit for quality tapas. Unusual options, created by people who clearly love food. The Bravas was simply the best Iâve had in spain and simple dishes like grilled asparagus were exceptionally tasty. Beef cheeks were probably the favorite severed with seasoned mashed potato. Cheap as chips considering the quality.

Spanish food paired with our domestic wines. Tradition and fusion come together in the street Comandante Salvador Carrasco in Ronda.
Was recommended to go here - couldnât fault the food and great busy atmosphere Full of locals - very helpful staff that translated the menu and helped with choices. Enjoyed fresh tuna with garlic potatoes. Would defo return if in the area. Sat inside as outside tables all taken but wasnât too warm. Kids enjoyed it too sitting on high stools. Mixed desserts was a must too!

En plena ciudad vieja de ronda, frente al alminar de San Sebastián, alta cocina, buenos precios y una atención insuperable.
Did not pick the best day to visit Ronda, very windy and grey drizzle. With friends and we had a great time and the reasons, obviously the views around the bridge and the lovely lunch we had at Las Tablas. We walked in wet and quite chilly and left warm and thoroughly regenerated.Small place but clean and spacious with atmosphere, particularly generated by the chef and the waitress (we assumed they were a couple). We had pasta, freshly cooked and very tasty indeed (you can see the chef working in his kitchen!)Would recommend this little gem all day long!!Efectivamente mi esposa y yo llevamos el restaurante y lo mantenemos lo mejor que podemos para dar un servicio especial, nos gusta mucho que las personas salgan satisfechas para continuar el paseo por la Ciudad mágica... Esperamos tenerlos por aquà de nuevo.... Mil gracias
