Pujol

Once again featured on the San Pellegrino list of the "World's 50 Finest Restaurants"—and moving up thirteen spots to number 36—Pujol is Chef Enrique Olvera's extraordinary personal approach to Mexican cuisine, famed for reinvention and ongoing perfection

5 stars out of 5 stars - Last night was my third time dining at Pujol. With the years, the food and service at Pujol have been fine tuned to near perfection! Enrique Olvera is a master distilling, honoring, and curating the flavors of traditional Mexican food and presenting dishes that “wow” those with a refined and sophisticated palate, and those who are able to appreciate the complexity and love that it takes to achieve such heavenly and balanced flavors. Pujol is a truly wonderful and exciting culinary experience. A special thanks to Estefania Macías for making our experience at Pujol even more special with her warm, caring, and professional service.

El Japonez Polanco

A very nice classical Polanco house with a great terrace. Service is Ok. Too bad the food is terrible. Was there for dinner: gohan rice was overcooked. The cheese skewers were undercooked. I asked for some lemons, and they appeared to be used, already semi-squeezed. The wasabe on my plate appeared old, not fresh at all, it was dark green and hard rather than light colored. I asked for some fresh wasabe and they did bring it... but I lost my appetite. What a pity to have bad food served, in such a nice setting.
