Find out what Fusion restaurants to try in Dahab. This former Bedouin fishing village is now a popular tourist destination—especially for serious windsurfers, who'll find some of the best conditions in the world off Dahab's beaches. Long known as a laid-back, backpacker-friendly town, Dahab is becoming more developed, yet retains a casual vibe. Finally, Dahab is also home to the Blue Hole, the world's most dangerous dive site. Only very experienced technical divers should attempt passage through "The Arch" here; if you're a novice diver, stay close to the surface. Having in mind the nutritional benefits of cooking food at low temperature, we're taking it back to the way it's been done for centuries before us- in clay pots, in a brick oven, for five to seven hours. Our recipes are a fusion of the East and the West c

Good for: Child-friendly, Romantic, Groups, Business, Local cuisine Excellent, Entertaining clients, Cheap EatsDining options Brunch, lunch, dinner, booking, until last night
Opted for whole fish. Was offered a choice of white snapper or 'salmon' (not sure if I heard right) for dinner. Chose salmon, but got the snapper - no complaints. Vital to ensure price of fish before ordering...could get a nasty surprise when the check comes. Lured inside by beer costing LE25 - a bargain. Starters are plenty and includes Meze type foods. Fish fed 4 people very comfortably, with sizable portion leftover (too full to eat any more). View from restaurant across the bay is quite spectacular.

That's a very nice place, very close to the sea and it's perfect for working. You can go to swim any time (less than 1 minute) and continue working. Internet is also pretty good, the best I've experienced in Dahab. The owners of the coworking are super nice guys, I'm glad to know them. Nice quiet and cozy spot in the heart of Dahab yet above the town hustle with beautiful sea view and amazing coffee of all kinds. We offer snacks and deserts all made in house with love. Home-made yoghurt, bread, almond brownie, cold soups, Georgian bread
Stopped in here for a pull on the Sheesha pipes. Very nice ambiance, more a young person's backpacking type of environment with all sorts of music in the background and couples and groups clubbing and smoking. Pleasant time and attentive Sheesha procurers - lots of flavours available.
