They have the basic burgers and fries with lots of flavors of shakes. The portions are pretty big (especially the large order of tatter tots). This is an old, local place with unique/quirky decor. Feels like from another era. Staff are friendly. There is a drive through... but it takes time.

Absolute train wreck. Came on a Sunday at 12 noon. 2 people working the drive thru and only one on the inside counter. It was her first day and she had minimal training. It took her about 35 minutes to ring up 5 orders. She got frazzled and left to fill soda straws for about 10 minutes. She messed up our order 4 times and was too afraid to ask the manager for help.... so she pulled the line cook off his station to help enter our order and the coupon codes. Manager was not running the team efficiently. 6-8 parties left in frustration before the could order. This was an example of poor leadership and inept management. Food itself was the usual consistent fare.
Yep, that's right. I've been going to A&W for over 60 years ever since I was a little boy in Ohio. We still hit the A&W in Terrell, TX which also serves Long John Silvers but I always get the Rootbeer and or the Rootbeer float. Still love A&W.
