Our lunch was excellent. We ordered inside, and they brought out our food in about ten minutes. The cheeseburgers ($5.99) were very good. You can choose between American, Swiss or cheddar cheese. They will grill your opinions upon request. Tomatoes are an extra $.30. Our kids loved their kids' meals ($5.99) that came with yummy, thick cut fries and a drink. They had burgers, chicken nuggets and hot dogs from which to choose. The thick peanut butter shake was awesome!The food deserves five stars. I almost gave four stars because they didn't get our complicated, special order burger toppings exactly right, but overall it was excellent. Service was very good. An employee went the extra mile and poured my daughter's chocolate milk into a cup with a lid since she would be drinking it in the car.The inside bathrooms weren't the nicest, but were decent. There is an outside bathroom also. The restaurant is cheery with lots of flowers blooming outside.

I'll go out of my way to avoid Bigfoot Java everywhere. I ordered a 12 oz. sugar free iced latte and it cost me over $5. There was so much ice I probably got 5 or so draws out of my straw before I was done. It's over priced....WAY over priced, and nothing spectacular for a drink. Same as everyone else. I could have bought a Carmel macchiato VENTI at Starbucks for much less!

Nailbanger Here Again; This review is for the South Hill location.If you have never been then go and try a Jersey Mike`s Sub. They have a large choice of both Hot and Cold Sandwiches. They slice the meat and cheese as you order never pre sliced. We both got the Classic Italian Mikes Way which has Salt, Pepper , Herbs Seasoning Oil and Vinegar.They offer Shredded Lettuce, Onion,Pickle, Banana Pepper, Tomato,Sweet Pepper Relish.These Sub are not cheap around $8.50 and up. but way better than Subway.This location can be a bit difficult on parking,but doable.Give it a go.Open daily 10 AM-9 PM

The ice cream and selections are wonderful. I do feel they are over priced for the amount of ice cream they give you so we don't visit as often as we would like, but do love their ice cream. Staff is friendly and there is a nice little seating area inside if you want to eat in.
