Excellent customer service. It is fast food. You order at counter, given a number. Food is then brought to your table. While we were dining several different employees asked if everything was okay, and if we needed anything else. Never had cheese curds. Delicious. Even though it's fast wood they offer shrimp baskets. Some of the sides were coleslaw, and green beans. I have never seen green beans offered at fast food.One other huge impressing issue: if you purchase a$1 scoop ice cream, "all proceeds are donated to local FUTURE FARMERS OF AMERICA, and other agricultural programs to help ensure our nation's future food supply."

New to Avon. Drive In experience. Can't beat the service and plenty of menu options. Burgers, sandwiches and shakes. Kid friendly.

Over priced rubbery chicken. Vegetables were cooked more than last time I was here but still not cooked enough to go with cooked chicken. Over 70 other restaurant choices in Avon, Ohio.

There is no doubt that the subs at this Jimmy John's are prepared and served up super fast just like the ads say. The attitude of the staff always seems positive and friendly. The eight inch subs and homemade chips are excellent and are just about the right serving size for a meal. Although I did not have cookie, they must also be excellent as a couple patrons came in only for the cookie will I was there. I was surprised to learn that they will also deliver as little as one sub which can be ordered over the phone or via the internet. The trade off for the super fast service is the reduced customization versus some of the nearby Subways but overall, I slightly prefer Jimmy John's.
