The concept of "dieci sedie" (ten chairs) restaurant develops from the desire to offer a new restaurant experience, uncomplicated and enjoyable. Let the chef tell you the menù of the day based on the availability of the best seasonal and local ingredients
Really excellent, thoughtful cooking in a charming corner of pretty Tuscania, (visit San Pietro and Santa Maria Maggiore). Fixed menu of fishy delights, lost track of the number of dishes that came out. All were delicious. â¬40 each for a feast including wine, water, pudding, coffee and digestif. A real treat, thank you!

Amazing food and very high quality local sourced ingredients. Some food combinations are quite different and adventurous but they work and produce spectacular dishes that you may have never tasted before. One of the best restaurants I know. Good quality food, very polite and helpful staff, lovely in the summer when you can eat out as well. Highly recommended for special occasions or also for a meal out. Prices are medium high but it is well worth it.

We had dinner here on recommendation from relatives. I had friggitelli stuffed with cod and spaghetti with olives, capers, cherry tomatoes and cod cubes. Both were quite good although I would have used a thinner pasta instead of spaghetti. My wife had a tartare and grilled filet. A cup of strawberries and a bottle of white wine completed the meal. The food was good and the staff friendly and efficient. The price felt slightly too high, but not disproportionate compared to the qyality

Elegance, simplicity, a place of refined good taste, meticulous attention to detail: the Palazzo Ranucci Tuscania reopens its doors in the heart of the country, between the ancient walls of the seventeenth century. The top of the stairs reserve a wonderfu
Beautiful atmosphere on the rooftop terrace. Menu not very extensive and very expensive for the area. My wife and I shared a starter, a plate of pasta each (which was a very small serving), and we shared a tagliata which was reasonable well cooked. We also shared a desert and a bottle of local red. â¬70 in total. I suppose we paid for the atmosphere and service in the end. But for the number 1 restaurant in tuscania I was expecting something else. Overall, average food served up on a fancy plate.
