Angela had the Bratwurst with the traditional sauerkraut and mashed potatoes. I had the Schweinebrauten with spaetzle and gravy...All very authentic and delicious.Service was outstanding (Patrick)...Very clean but not much atmosphere. Strange name for a German restaurant. Excellent selection of German beers..We shall return.

Love this place! I have been about a half dozen times and every time and every dish is fabulous! Food is fresh, home made and delicious.Can't recommend one dish, as everything I have had had been oiutstanding. The service, staff and owner are all superb. Make reservations, as the place is small and cozy and fills up fast!!

Small restaurant hidden in Gulf Gate. Live violin music added to the ambiance, without being obtrusive. Lovely salads big enough to share. Fresh grouper and veal chop a bit too salty, but tasty and fresh. Pork Wiener schnitzel was perfect, and all portions were generous in size. 4 of us agreed weâd definitely go back

This intimate Italian restaurant is a must see in Sarasota. A reservation is recommended as it is a charming little place with the true feeling of a small rustic Italian Inn. The waiter was great and provided perfect suggestions at our request. Each meal was exceptional and our guests were very pleased we shared this gem with them. They were surprised at its location in a small strip mall type of setting but once inside, the restaurant is charming and the food delicious.
