The authentic Bavarian entertainment place, brings the atmosphere and style of pure Bavarian enjoyment to Kunshan. We are 3 places in 1, the elegant vintage style Dining Room âStubeâ, the Oktoberfest Beer Festival style hall with the stage and huge screen
I am a big guy who can eat a lot and frankly, I am tired of Chinese Jiangsu flavors. So to get authentic meat, or something as simple as flavors of proper mustard or sauerkraut, I go to this place. Portions are good. Meat is authentic quality. Hence, I always go here for 2-3 basic things, burgers, sausages and beers. One thing I do not like is their pizza and the service does take long. Given it is foreign owner the food is good, but when the Chinese manage it, especially when the owner is not around then it becomes a little slow and you get that typical Chinese service. But overall, I go here to get away from Chinese food.Hi,thank you for your friendly review.Very sorry to hear that our service was not performing well.Yes you are right, on 21st. I was on vacation. We will discuss this topic internally and try to improve the service quality.Perhaps you can help us to make our Pizzas more according your taste. We are always eager to learn. :-)I hope on your next visit I will be in Bayern and we can give you better service. See you soon!Alfred LermannGeneral ManagerBayern Beer Cellar

Ate here 2 times due to weather was too bad to walk. The staff is very friendly as there is almost no on in there. The food was good and presented nicely. But was overpriced for what you got, the Tsingtao (local beer) was like $8 0r 9 US.Found a place close to hotel to cover for bad weather days going forward.Thank you for your review of Crystal Bar & Kitchen. Glad that you enjoyed the quality of food and friendly service. Hope you had the chance to try our super popular 21 days dry-aged steaks cooked on charcoal. Sorry to hear you found it overpriced with Tsingtao bottled beer at RMB38/$6. Hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back.Best regardsJesper Vilsoe - General ManagerSwissotel Kunshan

Café Swiss is an international buffet restaurant with open kitchens and live cooking stations serving Chinese, Asian and Western delicacies.
A superior breakfast buffet. Lots of choices, from all different types of of food. Most are prepared fresh on site and can be made to order. The buffet is generous and the food is good. French toast, pancakes, European quality breads, a couple different types of eggs, bacon, sausage, etc.etc. plus Chinese food, meats and vegtables, rice and dim sum, noodles and soup, salad and fruits. This is included in the hotel stay for hotel guests.I have been here for four or five days and will report more after I leave in a couple of weeks.

Western restaurant catering to foreigners - wide variety of food, reasonable prices
This is a typical Italian taverna in Kunshan China. I ordered the Napoletana pizza. Which was quite expensive at 78 rmb but then again quite normal price for European food in China European beer on tap available The pizza was good. Thin base and salty and cheesy Yum
