In my opinion, food does not have to be complicated or cutting edge to be good. Krakowiak proves this point. They serve Polish cuisine based on classic recipes, that is prepared with fresh ingredients and executed to perfection. The result is the best Polish food that you'll find in this area and some of the best food of any type that you'll find outside of your mom's kitchen. The dining room is casual and the prices are very reasonable (especially with their BYOB policy). If you want to try Polish cuisine or if you're just looking for a good meal, this is the place for you.

Once again we returned to this fantastic, local jem that never stops amazing us with the level of cooking that they continually produce! We brought friends with us once again that hadn't eaten there before, they were so impressed and said many times throughout the evening what a memorable, delicious dinner they enjoyed and said they will be back again sooner than later! Our friend must eat gluten free and they accommodated him every step of the way.Pair the delicious food with your favorite byob wine or beer, homey atmosphere, very reasonable prices and you'll have a dining experience you won't soon stop talking about, in this unassuming, delicious restaurant.

Classic French Bistro
Second visit with friends. Everyone was thrilled with their meals ... escargot, onion soup, salmon, mixed seafood, beef burgundy and steak. Service was professional and well paced. Lovely space, classic bistro look, full bar, don't miss dessert.

This is a very busy restaurant and catering hall. So, if you are looking for a quiet little candle lit place, this is not it. That said, it's a very nicely decorated, extremely busy restaurant. We did have reservations and were seated immediately. The host was professional and friendly. Our server also greeted us promptly and when we asked for a few minutes to decide on food options he listened and came back - in a few minutes as we asked. I would have rated the restaurant higher, but our server seemed distracted and got two of our four orders wrong. I enjoyed my Broiled Captain's Seafood Combination. I do recommend asking for their saffron rice instead of potatoes. I had the rice and it was good. My wife had the same combination with the potatoes and didn't like them - said they were just plain boiled potatoes. The seafood was good, but the shrimp was a little overdone. The portion sizes were large for the cost. Everything tasted fresh and good. The clams, mussels and shrimp are in the shell. Our friends had different dishes and said that theirs was also good. We shared a pitcher of Red Sangria. It was very good, but a bit strong with some kind of alcohol for my taste (it might have been the brandy or Triple Sec they used, but I stopped at one glass - which is just not like me). Full bar at this restaurant and reservations on busy nights is a must.I do recommend it and would go back again for good Portuguese seafood.
