I am from Chicago and saw the sign for Harryâs Diner on the express way. Made a decision to stop to avoid fast food. The place was fabulous! Atmosphere was a throwback and decorated impeccably. Chris was our waitress and the service from everyone was beyond good. It will be a must stop anytime I am up this way.

Early breakfast on a Sunday morning is great at Harryâs. Easy parking. Wide variety of options on menus. Order two eggs and get a third free. Gyro meat was delicious. Fresh squeezed orange juice was exactly that. Tasty. Waitresses wear poodle skirts.service efficient. Our waitress Mallory was second day on job and was delightful. A breath of fresh air. Walked out saying we had to come back.

A nice, well maintained café in a residential neighborhood. Good variety of breakfast offerings. One stand out is always potato pancakes. Not too many places serve them and these were pretty darn good, The breakfast sausages were more like thin bratwurst than a typical breakfast sausage What a nice change of pace! The coffee was good and plentiful. Service was very good.

Nondescript outside. Two counters, a few tables and booths. Probably not changed much since the 50s. Heartily recommend the steak sandwich. Tender and savory. Our fries were thin, hot and excellent. Good option for diner food. We were waited on promptly and you can watch your steak being cooked on a small grill.
