Having spent the last ten days in Agios Nickolas we had chance to sample a good selection of the restaurants, unfortunately Arismari did not meet up to its Tripadvisor reviews? On the night we called in there was only one other couple in the restaurant, so loads of places, we asked if we could sit by the window, but they said we would need to sit at another table, I thought they must have had bookings, but we had finished our meal and the tables were still empty. The waiter spent more time talking to his mates that called in, and the lady that looked like the owner.Portion sizes were massive if a bit bland, choice of wine limited.Disappointed.

We walked into Agios Nikolaos most mornings of our holiday for coffee at this lovely contemporary cafe/bar. They serve great coffee and I can recommend the iced caramel latte. The staff are lovely, friendly and attentive. The little touches such as complimentary water brought with the drinks and biscuits with our morning coffee make such a difference in an area where everyone is vying for your business. We also visited on an evening for drinks and again the atmosphere and service were great.Thank you so much for your review, we are happy that you really enjoyed your time here, and we wish to meet you again! We ate here on our last night rather than go to the lake area, what an inspired choice. The place has a special buzz with mixture of tourists and locals enjoying the best food we had all holiday. The place is a little quirky as the outside tables are on either side of a road, but donât let that put you off as the quality of food, the service and ambiance far make up for an occasional passing car. If you are after tradition Greek food at a reasonable price, then this place is a must and I would highly recommended it.
