Subway in a very busy gas station/truck stop. I usually don't leave reviews for places like this. But the staff (especially the staff member from Germany) had excellent customer service skills. Kudos to them! Food wise....I never have complaints with Subway.

I don't give many rave reviews but this place is the spot for lunch. The Sandwiches are made fresh but its not like a subway or quiznos. These are at least a million times better. I would love to give say one is better than the other but they all are very good. I usually grab the Chicken Parmesan or the Gobble Gobble which is thanksgiving dinner on a sub. Chicken with Pesto is pretty awesome as well. I know you can get a sandwich anywhere but at Mapco they roast their own Turkeys fresh everyday. The roast beef for the Chicago is done fresh everyday. This isn't a ham and swiss kind of place it is more like getting to your moms house right after dinner. The Salads are very good as well but Im not watching my weight anymore so hello Chicken Parm. Don't assume that because its a gas station they are putting out the normal burritos or day old fried chicken and potato wedges. You wont get any of that here. What you can have is one of the better tomato soups I have had away from my moms house. Give these folks a try for lunch and I can assure you a positive experience. I don't know what time they stop serving the fresh subs but I know you can get one up until 1700 at least.

I've been here twice and both times were pretty good. You can expect to pay a little more for your sandwich but they have a lot of cool choices and the staff is pretty friendly. I'll be coming back.
