Despite the closure of the movie theater next door, this Erik's [one of a chain] thrives because of outstanding sandwiches and soups [plus great carrot cake]. There is a 10% discount for seniors and this is a terrific place to get a filling, excellent, health, not-pricey lunch or dinner!

This is a casual deli, order at the counter then get your own beverage etc out of the cooler or soda machine. The food is very good with many different types of sandwiches, hot & cold, wraps, salads, daily specials etc. Healthy food, fresh ingredients, gluten free desserts. This place has it all. It is my favorite place to have lunch when I am in town and I usually end up eating there every day. Erica's Favorite is mine also.

For a scrumptious picnic on the beach, this is the place to go! The breads are fresh and exceptional--the focaccia was amazing. And the fillings were generous and all of top quality. The salads were wonderful and desserts--yum! All were wrapped carefully and the staff very pleasant and attentive. A diverse selection in the grocery section as well.

I stopped in for pastries in the AM- they were fine, but nothing special. If you're staying down near the beach, this is one option other than Pixie for coffee and a quick bite. Space is tight compared to Pixie, so I took my stuff to go.
