Waterfront dining at its finest! Family-owned & operated for over 114 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm & award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine. Open 365-days a year, including all holidays. Casual attire is fine, but we don't allow
Had lunch here with a friend. I had the Ensalada Mixta a great combination of Iceberg and Boston lettuce, green beans, baby potatoes, tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, beets, carrots, asparagus, red onions, hard boiled eggs and a creamy sherry vinaigrette. Warm, crusty bread and a beautiful view of the water. Great service. Reasonably priced. Friend had the crab cakes and said they were also very good. Highly recommend for a different choice. The area is wonderful with nice shops and a pier along the back of the shops. Most guests choose the 1905 Salad, but that mixta salad is a great alternative. So pleased you enjoyed your visit.

Dropped in for a quick to-go for sick hubby, great service, good air conditioning & music, nice wait. Had roast beef w/cheese, tomato et al. Didn't pass up dessert, wanted to try another cheesecake, had key lime w/strawberry (or raspberry), prices still reasonable. Easy access & plenty of parking makes it a quick stop, yay. Till next time!

Went to Tia's for the first time today after a friend had told us this restaurant had won a contest for Best Cuban held in Ybor City. Turns out they've won contests for several years. Their Cuban sandwiches had plenty of meat and lots of flavor. If you're on a lot salt diet, you might want to choose something else, though. The cook and owner were the only staff when we visited. We were lucky we got there at a relatively slow time as service probably slows when it gets busy. As we left, three couples arrived at once.
