The tapas were Spanish with some fusion flavors. But they were excellent. The mushroom tapa was divine. We only ate tapas and dessert. But we were stuffed afterwards. The waitress helped pick out our wine, which was very tasty and spot on. The food was delivered in a tiered fashion so nothing got cold. We sat outside and it was later in the night so it was pretty quiet. The prices were not remarkable ie I donât remember feeling like I over paid. Highly recommend.

El primer y único espectáculo gastronómico, una experiencia inolvidable en la que despertaran todos tus sentidos.
Still smiling at the memory of this experience - a meal, show and club all rolled into one. You must book in advance which I did online in the uk and I specified we had a vegetarian in the group and were attending on my sons birthday. He had specific vegetarian items all throughout which were exceptional and it was a lovely touch that his birthday was incorporated into the show with music and a candle - thank you to our attentive hosts. Each element of the food is described and the translation into English was welcomed so we could enjoy the experience too. Other reviews explain some of the themes and meals and we were surprised and thrilled at each stage of our journey. It may seem expensive in booking but is well worth it, you experience food you will never have anywhere else as well as a show - a real entertaining evening. Drinks are topped up regularly and you can have beer or wine which is different for each course (included in the price apart from the first drink when you arrive which you pay for). You must go!First of all, thank you very much for leaving us your opinion. also to thank the dedication to our work. We will be happy to welcome you when you want again. a family greeting

Raw cuisine from all over the world - tuna & salmon tartar, various ceviches, tataki, french oysters etc. Fresh seafood and fish, tapas and cocktail bar
Top restaurant with very particular and great choices. I took Iberian pork tataki, grilled octopus and goat cheese cake. All excellent. Loved it. Friendly service, not too fast which is actually good. Reasonable prices yet little above average (would say, of course).

Restaurant recommended by the MICHELIN GUIDE . Cuisine with touches. Haute cuisine at reasonable prices. In the historic center of Valencia, next to the Torres de Serranos .
See previous reviews: the smaller ânightâ tasting menu is plenty. The waiter tells you this, which begs the question why have a larger menu?Artichokes are in season, so a plateful with a mustard and honey dressing went down well. Prawns with celeriac and a truffle sauce; then sepia (cuttlefish) with mushrooms formed the 3 starters. The mains were fish of meat (pictured). Then we shared desserts,We had fizz to start , a bottle of white and a dessert sherry. 80 Euros the lot. The set 21 euro tasting menu keeping the price exceptional.Only one criticism: the service was odd. Staff were friendly but seemed in a rush. To give them the benefit of doubt, I think they wanted to appear efficient . But they brought all the same dishes at once to distribute amongst different tables. For example the meat mains came out, one was placed on our table whilst balancing two more then be taken to other tables. We then had to wait for the others fish to come out.Itâs worth a visit and you need to book
