Both thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Mikres. Delicious dishes perfectly cooked, a thank you to our waiter who helped me decide to go for the tuna steak, chose well. Will definitely return on the next visit to Koufonisia Thank you!

One of the best italian style with greek flavor, restaurants on the island, if not the best. Excellent view, variety in the food options of the menu. Friendly staff, being attentive to your every need without asking. Very good english discription of food. We arrived the first night and gave up on trying to choose something to eat because we trusted the choices of the manager who did not disapoint us with the suggestions, as the flavors were beyond our expectations and we enjoyed to the maximum. Well.. lets say that We came back the last night before leaving the island to try the rest of our choices!!!Thank you very much for your review! We hope to see you again soon!

We had walked over to Pori beach and this was the only option for lunch. A very disappointing experience all in all. The menu looks really good and the salads seem good but when you convert the prices to Australian dollars i essentially paid nearly $20 for mine and it was mostly lettuce with 1 sundried tomato and a few walnuts. They had no prosciutto so gave me turkey instead but the whole thing was swamped in sweet sickly dressing. My hubbies sandwich was $15 and a small 330 ml bottle of sparkling water would have cost AUD$6! But what really annoyed us was that they came and served us bread with tonatoes which we didn't want or order and then billed us for it plus a "seating" charge of â¬1 per person.....also did this to a solo woman seated beside us. Neither of us ate the bread we didn't order and refused to pay for it. We also refused the seating charge as it was not on the menus or disclosed to us and we have never had this anywhere else on the island or in Greece. When my husband went to pay the billl and question these things he was abruptly told "i don't care, I'm busy, whatever". We paid for our overpriced average food and water and left.
