Restaurant Lagana is hotel restaurant of the Holiday Inn Villach. But, when you enter the restaurant you do not have the impression you are in hotel. It is one of the best restaurants in Villach. The menu is not very large, but all meals are very tasty and good. The choice of wines is also very good. The service is excellent. The only weak point are the prices. we have been there for the first time. the restaurant of hotel 12 is open to the public and is a very special location high above the ossiacher see with an epic view. service is very friendly and professional. good wines (house brand 12 is to recommend) foodmenue is funny to read with nice names for the dishes. we took the recommendations of the chef and were very satisfied. the carpaccio of the throut was delicious. also the deer was very good. "eisreindling" for desert was really fine and good tasting. so this restaurant you should not miss in your restaurant collection.

The restaurant has a specific concept - which is part of the reason why this place is so special! There is no set menu, the offer changes daily to ensure fresh ingredients and dishes and it is totally worth it. We had a seafood appetizer (mussels and squid) which was absolutely delicious and then steak and seafood pasta. Ordering a starter and a steak with wine and drinks amounts to around 30⬠per person and it is totally worth it.The staff is super friendly and helpful, they let us try and select wine to go with our dinner. There is no rush, everything is so peaceful and the restaurant has a pleasant size so it does not get too crowded and allows for a conversation accompanied by delicious food.Definitely recommend for a nice dinner with friends or for smaller celebrations/parties. Will be returning here, hopefully soon :)

Als einzig rein veganisches Restaurant im weiteren Umkreis sehr zu empfehlen. Gut gelegen, weil einfach von der Autobahn zu erreichen, auch problemlos für Familien geeignet.
