It is the county seat of Payne County, Oklahoma, United States. As of 2012, the city population was estimated to be 46,560, making it the tenth largest city in Oklahoma. Stillwater is the principal city of the Stillwater Micropolitan Statistical Area which had a population of 78,399 according to the 2012 census estimate. Stillwater was part of the first Oklahoma Land Run held on April 22, 1889 when the Unassigned Lands were opened for settlement and became the core of the new Oklahoma Territory. The city charter was adopted on August 24, 1889. Stillwater is home to the main campus of Oklahoma State University as well as Northern Oklahoma College - Stillwater, Meridian Technology Center, and the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education.

The food was good and our order was correct when we finally got it. It took an hour longer than the quoted time for our food to be ready, two hours from ordering to receiving. Our simple family order of fried rice, noodles, beef and green beans and sesame chicken with egg rolls should not have caused such issue. Absolutely ridiculous! We waited in the restaurant for our order over an hour with a starving, tired toddler in tow. Each time we approached the counter we were told it was nearly ready. If we hadn't paid our ticket upon arrival ,and if the staff had been honest about the hold up, we would have cancelled the order. Due to the restaurantâs dishonesty and lack of action to even offer to make it right, we will not eat from Golden Dragon again in the foreseeable future. We'll take our $45 elsewhere!

This is the former Happy Moon location. We eat here every couple of weeks for lunch. The food is always hot and freshly prepared. The portions are very generous. We often split an entree and order an extra egg roll. The staff is very polite and friendly. What really impresses us is how clean and tidy everything is, every time. This is one of our main criteria for dining out. If the serving area isn't clean, we won't be back.

We have ate here a few times and food has always been hot and fresh. It's kinda like an Asian Cafeteria where you can see the food and pick what you want, they dish it up and pay the cashier as you exit the line. So you get your food right there and no waiting. Great if your in a hurry.

Located at the far end of the strip mall that houses the Stillwater Tag Agency, this is a small establishment with limited seating.I've gone there several times for takeout and the food is fresh, hot and not greasy. And you get generous portions.And the service is remarkably quick.Great for lunch or dinner.
