The service here has gotten worse as of late. The food has always been fairly good. Nothing outstanding. Itâs a mix of Asian cuisine but a good variety. We were there tonight with a party of six and the service was terrible. The restaurant was not overly busy but it took nearly 45 minutes for our party of 6 and we couldnât get consistent drinks throughout the night, even when we caught our waiter (which she was rarely seen) and asked for them.

Panda Express is a fast food style Chinese restaurant located in The Crossings. They have a dining area and drive thru location. I recommend the orange chicken and white rice. Yummy! The service is fast and friendly and the food is delicious.

I visited China 1 with my daughter when house sitting for friends in Spring Hill. My daughter is always ready for Chinese food so we stopped in for lunch. Located in a strip mall near Saturn Parkway, China 1 offers traditional Chinese menu items. There is no buffet, at least not when we were there, and we ordered from the menu. Both meals were fresh and tasty, with plentiful food. I had the Orange Chicken and my daughter had Shrimp Lo Mein. She rated her meal as very good, and mine was also quite good, as was my Hot and Sour Soup. The decor was clean but spartan with a view of the strip mall parking lot. This is not a standout restaurant experience, but the food was quite good and reasonably priced.

The people who operate Great Wall are really nice, and as regular customers, we feel that they really appreciate us. My husband and I typically order one main dish to share. Even then, we sometimes have leftovers because the portions are so generous. Two other Chinese places in Spring Hill are closer to our house, but we've tried the same dishes at all three places and concluded that the food at Great Wall tastes a lot better and is worth driving out of our way for.
