Took my family to dinner for my daughters birthday. The sushi was fresh. My husband was a bit disappointed when he found out that the crab legs were not included with the buffet price as in other places. My husband and dad had steaks cooked on the grill to there liking which were very good. They have a good selection of food and desserts, parking is a bit crazy especially on the weekends because it is in a shopping center. As we were getting ready to leave I saw one of the employees yelling at another, I don't know if he was a family member or what but I thought that was a bit unprofessional...
They boast having the best Chinese food in the city. They are probably right in my opinion. Though I no longer live in Paterson, I will still go in for some Chinese food from Goody's if I'm in the vicinity. It's a little place right on the point of Market & East 27th St. There are a couple tables to sit down on if you do go in to eat, but the times I've been there I've only seen people seated while waiting for their orders. It's quite the busy place too. They constantly have people walking in & out. The phones are always constantly ringing for orders as well. My last visit I went in & ordered the General Tso Chicken (which is my personal favorite). I advised the attendant that I wanted it mild & no broccoli. I wasn't sure if she heard me because she was multitasking big time between taking phone orders, passing it to the kitchen, ringing up prepared orders...., etc, etc. Lo & behold when my order was up & I went home to eat it, it was just as I requested. It's not much to look at outside & in, but I tell you that place is ALWAYS busy. Worth going into Paterson for me when I want really good Chinese that's not to far away to go.

All is I can say that this is your standard Chinese takeout joint. Not a place to sit and dine, and most of their food is greasy. We like it.

Excellent chinese food that is prepared well, tastes great , with many food items on the menu to choose from. There general tsao's chicken is about the best I have ever eaten; crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, not too spicy, but flavor full. Their pork fried rice is flavorful with losts of pork bits. Highly recommend
