I have been getting Chinese food at Food Sing for years. It's not in the gourmet Chinese food catedgory. I would describe it as typical for its genre. I have to say that I have always enjoyed what I purchased there....never had a bad experience. It's one of the cheapest places to get a meal in Hudson. The cusine here is not going to knock your socks off, but if you're looking for something decent at a reasonable price, this is one of the places to go tol.

this is one of the closer to real china town places in the area, they will also cook to you liking, they don't mind , Its not the goop, brown paste stuff most are dishing up.

roses are red, violets are blue, all their food taste like gooooo sesame noodles were tasteless, no scallions, celery, carrots, seeds, nothing but gooooo and noodles. pad thai was all pink red color with only a flavor of fish sauce.no veggies, once again nothing but noodles and pink red stuff. third dish was chicken and broccoli not bad, but it was more like chicken and mixed veggies. The attraction here is it is the only place with a real dinning area, a but tired, but the only game in town.
