We ate here New Years Evening. Nice environment and exceptional service, better than in most fancy places in the Bay Area or in Monterey. Their menu is large, the preparation of the food authentic. Don't be shy, just tell the waitress if you want your food spicy or not: They will accommodate you in the kitchen. We tried several of the "meals for two" and liked all of them. Surprise: Eating here is a lot cheaper than you may expect.

If the Lunch Special is any indication of the quality and quantity of food here, ROCK ON! Asparagus with your choice of meat, an egg roll, some tender tasty crispy wontons, and fried rice for a about $7.00. Got our meal fast and no complaints! Can't wait to come back and try some other dishes. This eatery is tucked away in a strip mall behind a McDonalds. Find it, and you'll be Happy too!

We were in Hollister and decided to stop and get a fast meal at Panda Express.. we were greeted immediately upon on arrival and our order was taken in a jiffy by a most pleasant young man.. He was polite and made sure our wishes were met.. The food was packaged to go and we enjoyed it very much on our arrival at home.

This place is hidden out of the way but it is a great bargain. You can choose entrees from the buffet style counter or order from their kitchen. Their Mongolian Beef is fantastic! I recommend this place for a quick take out or sit down lunch. For $8 you can have two dishes with rice or chow mien and a soup. I usually can' finish everything. If you eat in, order your food in a to go plate because you will want to take the leftovers with you.
