I always visit Depot Mitra in Banyuwangi. Their noodles and bakso goreng is the best! Don't forget to try the ice dessert as well.

The menu has lots of options, Indonesian and western (including pasta, burgers etc). The prices cheap, about 25k for a main. Fresh juices & cheap coffee (~5k). Friendly service. The restaurant itself is on quite a noisy main road.

I regularly visited this small restaurant to enjoy their Wonton Chicken Noodle when I passed by Banyuwangi City.The ritual I made before having meal here is to always ask and getting confirmation from the owner or waitress about its halal as normally good wonton noodle restaurant use pork in their product.They said that no pork or its derivates used in their cooking.The taste of their noodle is about the same as Gandaria Wonton Chicken Noodle. Noodle and wonton are very smooth and properly cooked. They serve the noodle with cucumber and chili pickles that make the taste much more better if you add more pepper to the hot noodle.The price is cheap.This place not open every day and you need to check it first before you come to this place. It;s likely they always close on Sunday.Have nice try.
