We order from New China at least once a month. They are so quick and the food is always awesome. They have the absolute best spring rolls that are even awesome for leftovers. Our kids love the sweet and sour chicken and I love the veggie mix. Their food is always tasty, we have never been disappointed. We moved a couple of years to a town over with plentiful Chinese food restaurants but we keep going back and are willing to drive across town to get their awesome food.

The food here is always fresh and well prepared. They serve enormous amounts with generously cut vegetables and meats. For example, their house special soup is filled with a meal-full of assorted proteins and vegetables and delicious broth. We generally buy a quart of that and a quart of wonton soup and mix them. Service is fast and prices are very reasonable for the amount and quality - and the fact that there will be copious leftovers for additional meals. The place is clean - and the ambience is "Chinese take-out". Whenever we get takeout from here, the whole family keeps smiling and commenting on how good it is.
We had the lunch special General Tso's Chicken - very good and good size for lunch - came with pork fried rice. We ate in but you can do take out. They have alot of different lunch specials along with a large menu.

Although this restaurant underwent an owner change a few years ago (the old owner is now managing the restaurant located in a top hotel in downtown Saratoga Springs), the quality and taste of the food as remained high. I absolutely love the boneless ribs and believe that they are the best in the area. Also good is the General Tso's chicken which has just enough bite to make it tasty! There is no delivery service, so you have to pick it up (which is the only downfall), but the wait time is only 10 minutes!
