Long conference day, mentally tired, hungry and needing a break. Stopped off at Seymour half way. Looked for a small local business to share the love.Ordered the Fillet Mignon, rare as usual, and was so very pleasantly surprised and delighted. Teamed up with an Hargreaves Hill stout and Iâm in bliss. This steak rates in my top 10 Australia wide. Good work team and love your work â chef-ieâ. (Heâs a keeper)We have you covered !! Our steak is very well known at being the best sourced from our local butchers in Avenel, our Chef who is actually a "she" not a "he" haha Thanks for the great review :)

Although the cafe seems noisy it has lovely food and drinks, and all customer service was A1.There is also a book exchange there for people to use

Whilst travelling we visited café today for coffee & cake. Nice flavoursome coffee (cappucinno) and tasty cakes/slices which are homemade on the premises. Hot meals also available. Good service provided and staff polite and very friendly.
