It's the most famous beach bar in Ribeira Grande. But certainly no tourist trap.We took the stuffed mushrooms as appetizer. They where very nice! As diner we took the famous limpets(lapas) and the steak-burger between a local flat bread. (Chef's choice). Nothing to complain about. Service and prices for food are good.Prices for cocktails are a little bit high for Azores. And when you serve a Dry Martini.. make it the original way with olives, not with orange zest!

This is just an amazing place with even greater staff. Me and my husband ate at this place three times. They have home soups, salats with pasta and Best burgers in Town. But what makes it really special, beside top food....the Staff is super sweat and one time we came 15 minuts before closing, they were super sweet, we ordered our meals and we got them as it the day Just started... They have very good deserts as well! Highly recomanded!

After waiting almost twenty minutes, we told them we were in a rush because our two small kids were tired and hungry. 40 minutes after placing our order with waitress she tells us they are out of the cod we ordered. Literally unbelievable. I see them start pouring the beer I ordered 40 min prior and just told them to stop and weâll leave. It wasnât crowded. This is one of those experiences we wish we could undo. Hello @CultureCouple2! We hope to see you again and show you our many improvements, specially on our staff, service and a traditional and tasteful renovated menu!In any case we want you to know that your review was important for us.
