I am fortunate to live near Nigran and visit Michigan regularly. Firstly the staff are outstandingly friendly and efficient and make everyone feel welcome. The tapas are great, different to the usual Spanish fare, served with pan chumaca (bread drizzled with olive oil and tomate) and very reasonably priced. They have good wines, cheeses and cold meats. The decor is pleasant and atmosphere is relaxed. Couldnt want for me from a bar. Well done to the owners. (you should reserve if you want a table at the weekend as its a small place)Thank you so much! We hope to see you again soon.

We arrived in Ramallosa on a Sunday and El Cho was the only open place we could find (other than Pizza Hut). When we arrived we asked if we could take a table outside but we couldn't so we sat down inside. There followed some fairly amusing back and forth between our Hungarian companion and the presumably Spanish owner to try and get some food. The proprietor brought menus but then after more amusing back and forth it was determined we just wanted to eat off the pilgrim's menu. Off the owner went. In the meantime, a table became free outside so we jumped on it while we could. This caused some confusion when the owner returned and he eventually saw us. Eventually the chef arrived to tell us that the fish was finished for the day so it was calamari or pork. That'll be two calamari and one pork please. About half an hour later some deep-fried ham was presented to us. About a further two hours later, two calamari and one pork arrived. Very tasty. By this time it was getting quite cold and we wanted to return inside but now all the inside tables were full.We found the whole experience very amusing, topped off by our Hungarian companion feeding the change from paying the bill into the slot machine by the bar, pressing buttons at random and winning â¬46 - considerably more than the original bill was! He very graciously shared half his winnings with us. Overall, a memorable evening (and infinitely better than Pizza Hut)!
