Stumbled across this gem when visiting for a wedding in Nagambie. The food was amazing with the best tomato relish on the side. The staff were incredibly friendly and it was great to hear how their produce comes from local suppliers. We ended up spending all our breakfast morning here during our stay.

Le Penelope's is a Modern Australian Cafe | Restaurant set on the bank of the Goulburn River at Kirwans Bridge in Victoria Australia. Menu are created using local produce.
Beautifully presented food next to an open fire, overlooking vineyards and a Goulburn River eddy. Josephine is a caring hostess who looked after all cuisine needs in the reception centre/cafe/restaurant. There was a special extra that shone through with the delicious food and the attention to detail was obvious. A wonderful choice for our occasion and a must do if in the area.

Although not open late into the evening we were able to buy hot chips to compliment our BBQ tea we cooked on the Park BBQ.Thank you for your review, even when the cafe is closed we do try to keep the kiosk open for takeaway foods, so its great that you took the advantage of this to compliment your dinners. Look forward to seeing you here again

We visited this winery a couple of years ago and looked forward to once again tasting their wines and viewing the winery itself. We entered through the long drive way taking a few photos along the way.Arriving at the Cellar Door, not to much had changed however the beautiful trees really set the Autumn Theme.Entering the Cellar Door we were greeted by a lovely lady call Lynn who helped us taste the wines which were as usual very nice..This winery never disappoints and has to be visited if in the area.Having access to the Cellar is one of my favourite attractions, just knowing itâs still used today isUnbelievable really, as I told Lynn there are not too many wineries that the public has access to a working Cellar.Thank you so very much for your review; it was an absolute pleasure to have you here at the winery. We're glad you took the opportunity to head down into the underground cellars that indeed are still in operation. The best time to visit is during vintage when we press and ferment the soon-to-be wine. Feb-April is the time to make a note in the diary, and we hope to see you then, if not before!
