Open 7 days a week 7.30 am - 3 pm Open for dinner by arrangement only. New Menu coming soon Catering and private functions
We were looking for a place open for lunch on Easter Sunday and came to Morrinsville on the chance something would be open. So pleased we did. Loxy's has a small frontage but that is all that is small about it! Menu or cabinet food - generous portions and all choices were delicious. A good variety of items with gluten free available. It is very family friendly and many children were there with parents. I had difficulty making a selection but settled on the waffles with " the works" Very good choice. My friend's choice from the cabinet was equally delicious. We will return.

Went in for lunch great options and variety but was disappointed with the size of the meal. The Cajun chicken salad was nice jut to small for a salad and my husband enjoyed his burger but said it wasnât 22 dollars worth. I think the price of food and labour in New Zealand is making it so hard for these businessâ to sell for at competitive rates.

Food was very nice and vegetarian options were available. The retro feel was nice. The staff however were very off hand. Would go back as the food was good and cafe clean, hopefully staff were only having a bad day.Hiya! Thanks for the review, we're glad you enjoyed your visit :) Last week we were short 2 key staff members and that may have be during the day you came in, apologies for this and we hope next time you're in we have the full team on board! Thanks,Cafe Frock Team
NZ is the rip off capital of the world. From overpriced food to underwhelming service itâs a real disappointment all roads and directions. NOT so at the WAGON WHEEL!! This place is full to the neck of massive muffins, pies, sandwiches, rolls, pastry and the newest revelation in my life DUB DUB DONUTS! Huge mounds of icing sugar covered treats FILLIED with soft velvet custard â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸ swoon. And at only a dollar fifty each an absolute bargain. Go early though, itâs busy with workmen, security guards and truckers who quite frankly are the best food critics out there.
