Thank you, Michael's Butchers, for an enjoyable lunch for my husband and myself at your light and airy Bistro. My toasted chicken, onion and melted cheese sandwich was delicious, as was my husband's ham, egg and chips, and the warm hospitality of all the team was appreciated. Michael's Butchers has an alcohol licence, so a glass of Peroni each complemented our lunch nicely. Well worth a visit!Thank you so much for your lovely review, we hope you enjoyed your visit to Malmesbury on your Wedding Anniversary. It was a pleasure to serve you.

The “dine in area” is pleasant, particularly on a dry day when you can sit outside. Reasonably priced toasties, baguettes, light meals and toasted tea cakes! Nice selection of pastries and cakes and a little cake stand area where you can choose what you would like. Nice hot coffee and you can have warm milk added if you prefer warm milk to cold milk. Staff very helpful even when it does get very busy at certain times of the day.

Coffee#1 Malmesbury

You’d think as the chain is well known that the standard of hygiene and quality of drinks would be a lot better. Ordered a flat white and hot chocolate deluxe. The flat white milk before heated was poured from one jug to another which could suggest two different milks were used in the process, also it was more like a small cappuccino as it was very foamy. It also took a very long time to make.We noticed the cream jug top wasn’t clean as there was alovely yellow and hardend up cream around the nozzle. Milk was all over the floor and not been put away in fridge And the coffee machine backwash cleaning chemicals were open and sat right next to the sink that has dirty dishes in! Health and safety nightmare really! Adding to this, staff weren’t really interested in talking to you, you barely get a ‘Hello’. Finally presentation pretty awful too as my hot chocolate was a takeaway and the lid was covered in chocolate as was the takeaway cup itself. Not what you’d expect from an ‘Award - winning’ coffee shop.
