Service was friendly! Girls were polite and worked hard together. Cookies were delicious! Salad was pretty and tasted fine-lots of nice veges. Clean and comfortable place for coffee, treats or a light lunch.

My husband and I stopped here for breakfast on a Monday morning before 8 am. They were moderately busy.Our server provided very good service throughout. She was really running. She brought coffee ($2.60 ea) for us immediately.My husband ordered the Farmer's Omelet with "home made" wheat toast ($9.10). The toast was very dry but he liked the omelet.I ordered the #1 Breakfast, with eggs scrambled, "home made" wheat toast, bacon, and hash browns ($10.35). Everything was way overcooked except the hash browns, which were barely cooked. Toast was dry and hard, eggs dry, bacon black. Seems there's a problem with the kitchen.

I stopped here and got a few items to share so I could try a little bit of all. I bought two chocolate covered cream-filled long johns, a fancy raised donut with frosting, and a Danish with cream cheese.Everything was delicious! Just like an old-fashioned bakery. One end of the counter has sandwiches, the other has the bakery display. There were a number of people seated at the tables inside eating when I was there. The people behind the counter are very nice, I hope they do a lot of business! I will definitely be back.

Last Saturday during the annual art fair we stopped in about 1 pm for coffee. There were two other people who had orders in ahead of ours. We placed our order, one brewed coffee and one Cappuccino...not that difficult right? I guessed wrong as well. There were three people working here. one middle aged guy taking orders, one teenager guy heating up food and one teenager girl doing whatever. After we placed our order, about 4 others came in and placed an order, that's right all of them received their order before we did. While I was waiting I heard one of them say, "who's making the cappuccino?" The young girl had disappeared somewhere and neither of the two guys were inclined to make it. Finally, she returned and made my coffee after I had waited far beyond what others did. The coffee was fine but they need better coordination. Poor score from us on this visit.
